MaxCDN Offers Easy Transition for Stranded SimpleCDN Customers

December 11, 2010

Good evening everyone,

I heard some surprising and disturbing news tonight. As we were leaving the office Friday evening, we got word that SimpleCDN announced, a direct competitor of ours, is having severe difficulties with their service provider(s). It appears that many of their customers are currently without service, or will potentially be without service in the next 24 to 48 hours.

This is, of course, devastating news for SimpleCDN customer as well as SimpleCDN as a company.

As long-time Internet marketers we thrive on and encourage healthy competition and do not at all enjoy seeing a fellow CDN Provider go down in flames the way SimpleCDN is at this point. We have offered help and assistance to them and hope they will find a way to resolve these issues.

To immediately help SimpleCDN customers in any way we can, effective immediately we are offering SimpleCDN customers promotional pricing for transferring their sites to MaxCDN to prevent potentially devastating downtime.

SimpleCDN customers who want to avoid service interruption to their website(s) should enter the coupon code simplecdn when they checkout at MaxCDN to receive the following special pricing:

For SimpleCDN customers who need more than 5 TB per month in bandwidth, please contact MaxCDN’s VP of Sales:
