NetDNA is now MaxCDN
Same (but bigger) staff. Same obsession with speed.
This change allows us to offer:
More POPs & Network Features
More Realtime Controls
The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become effective later this year. This new regulation broadens the privacy rights that EU individuals have over how their personal data is collected, processed and maintained.
MaxCDN is committed to support our customers in meeting their obligations under the GDPR, through our role as a vendor and GDPR compliant data processor. MaxCDN is currently executing its plan and targeting full compliance with applicable GDPR regulations when it takes effect on May 25, 2018. As our customers work towards their compliance by the effective date, they can do so with the knowledge that for vendor compliance, MaxCDN will be a supportive business partner.
Data Processing Addendum
One of your requirements may be to have a Data Processing Addendum for each of your vendors. We have taken the mystique out of that and post it here for our customers.
We have an easy to use data processing agreement for existing customers. If you have determined that you are a controller under the terms of the GDPR and need a written personal data processing agreement with us, follow this link. You can sign electronically, and a confirmation copy will be provided to you.
