Can I host multiple websites?

Yes. In most cases, one zone is used per website. If you require CDN support for multiple websites, additional zones can be added through your MaxCDN Control Panel.

Can I get a custom plan?

We offer custom pricing for enterprise customers though MaxCDN Enterprise. Please start a live chat below to inquire about this.

What if I go over my bandwidth limit?

Instead of freezing your account, we allot additional bandwidth at a modest price. Overages are calculated for each 1TB over your allocated bandwidth and you’re charged based on the overage pricing for your plan. To avoid overages, you can add additional bandwidth to your account through your MaxCDN Control Panel.

How does your guarantee work?

If you cancel within 30 days of your original order date, you’ll receive an immediate refund - no questions asked. Additional bandwidth and add-ons are not refundable.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Bitcoin. We don’t accept purchase orders or orders by phone.

When does unused bandwidth expire?

While we do roll over unused bandwidth from one month to the next, all bandwidth has an expiration date of one year.
